All the watches I sell have been serviced and come with a 12 month guarantee (as good as the original watch) every watch has the original dial, case and movement (unless otherwise stated). All the watches offered here are owned outright by myself, I do not take watches on consignment for others. All watches on leather straps will be supplied with a brand new one (unless it is the original strap and then this will be left on the watch for authenticity’s sake).

The images shown on this site are the actual watches for sale, all digital photographs are taken by me and ARE NOT manipulated in amy way, in fact I always try to make sure the watch look slightly LESS good than the reality, so that you will not be disappointed when the watch arrives.

If you would like to buy a watch contact me via e-mail and I will hold it for you for 3 working days, by the end of this period we should have received payment from you.

Payment is via Mastercard/Visa, American Express or by direct bank transfer; all watches must be fully paid for prior to shipping.

NOTES
1 Payment by bank transfer or by Mastercard/Visa will attract a 5% discount from the prices shown; only payments by American Express will have to pay the listed price.

2 The price you see here is the price you pay; it includes all shipping, insurance and packing charges; however you are responsible for any customs charges or duties.

3 To provide you with the safest, best and most secure method of packaging, we exclusively use AIR BOX™, packaging for the twenty-first century®; for all watch shipments.

4 We ship via insured UPS outside the EU and via insured registered post in the EU.

5 You have 7 days after receiving the watch to reject it for ANY reason; all we ask is that you contact me and then return the watch via the same transport method you received it. You will be responsible ONLY for the return shipping & insurance costs. You will receive your refund within 48 hours of the watch arriving with us. Your refund will be in the same form as your original payment; that is credit cards will be credited and bank transfers will reversed.

6 If any Rolex Oyster watch is opened during the 12 month warranty period, the warranty will cease immediately. The only exceptions are if the watchmaker is known to me and I have given permission in advance.



Rolex & USA shipments

In an attempt to protect their trademarks Rolex USA have registered their name & designs with the US Customs. Because of this US Customs will seize all Rolex watches which have not been bought new from an authorised US retailer. There are only two possible exemptions to this rule:

  1. When the watch has been bought overseas and is being imported by the purchaser in person and is declared to the US Customs on entry to the US. This exemption is at the discretion of the individual customs agent and normally covers only one watch per person.
  2. If the purchaser can produce a letter from Rolex USA or the company’s attorney authorising them to import the watch. Please note in over ten years that I have never known any collector or dealer to be able to obtain such a letter.

Because of these restrictions I am not prepared to ship ANY Rolex watches to a US address, however if you are able to provide an address outside the US or are prepared to collect the watch in person or via an agent then the transaction can proceed. Please note that the 72 hour approval period starts when your agent collects the watch, NOT when you eventually receive it.
